Action items:
- Dev team starts work onERC 721 NFT contract for 100 subdivided pieces of land and web3 parcel map viewer
- Design team designs parcel map
- Design team makes 1-3 unique NFT called CityDAO Founder NFT.
- Sell the CityDAO Founder NFTs on Mirror or Opensea and raise 10-25 ETH
- Perhaps we can have a couple different ways to support - 0.2 ETH, 0.5 ETH, 1 ETH, etc.
- Buy a couple city related NFTs for some momentum
- Buy the parcel of land
