For proposals to successfully pass from Phase 1 to Phase 2, there is no formal requirement. However, if a Phase 1 proposal discussion fails to garner momentum from the community, it is unlikely to become a successful proposal.
Create a thread on forum.citydao.io and be sure to number your CIP
Minimum 3 days of discourse
Thread inactive for 24 hours signifying Discourse has ended
Notify Discord admins of intent to initiate proposal. Create a snapshot vote on snapshot.org/citydao
7 day voting window
Must meet quorum of at least 100 votes. 50% + 1 vote to pass.
