DAO setup - finish DAO incorporation. Set up Snapshot, Gnosis, and anything we need to complement Syndicate
Buy NFTs - Purchase a couple city related NFTs as a first DAO action! Could purchase CryptoCities NFTs or Decentraland parcels for example
Smart Contract for ERC 721 land parcels - Build out the contract to issue 100 NFT parcels that each represent a piece of our first parcel of land in Wyoming
Decide on DAO mechanisms - tokenomics, InvestorDAO, etc
CityDAO Frontiersman NFT - give NFTs to people who have attended 3+ community calls.
Launch Mirror Publication - win the write race and set up a mirror publication for easy crowdfunding and writing

August

Select parcel and purchase land - start the land purchase process which may take a couple weeks.
CityDAO Pioneer NFT - release 25 NFTs. There will be a raffle where one buyer will get a free parcel of land NFT.

September

Wyoming land purchase and NFT drop - buy the land in Wyoming. Sell 100 NFTs that represent tokenized ownership of subdivided land parcels. Perhaps keep half of the land for CityDAO collective use.
